Annabel in the yoga studio

Hi, I’m Annabel

A Mum, entrepreneur, yoga teacher and the Founder of Annabel Lane Yoga. Yoga became a part of my life a decade ago, when I felt I’d lost my identity and needed something more in my life besides my beautiful family. I started practising regularly and soon became hooked on the way yoga made me feel.

The death of my Aunt was the catalyst that pushed me into training as a yoga teacher. As I sat at her hospice bedside, I felt compelled to share the peace and connectedness yoga gives me, with others – and not just at the end of life.

After a decade of practice and study, including several teacher trainings, I now have a toolbox of techniques, that have become my go-to during good times but particularly when times get tough.

My mission is to share this with you, no matter where you’re starting from.

Yoga is so much more than a series of postures (asanas). It is a means of connecting our minds and bodies, finding peace and stillness, and opening ourselves up to the magic and wonder that is all around.

I truly believe we have everything we need inside of ourselves to live a rich, beautiful life, but we often need guidance and help to unearth those hidden gems. I am here to hold your hand and help you on this journey of self-discovery.

I really hope you can join me and become part of my community of enlightened souls, who practise yoga, not just to get better at the practice but to get better at living.
